Licensing

Bridge requires a valid license to operate. The license is activated by an admin immediately after the first login. This page covers license activation, viewing license details, and deactivating a license.

License Activation

Step 1: Log In

Open the Bridge UI and enter your admin username, then click Continue.

Contact the Armada support team at support@armada.ai to obtain your admin username and password.

Step 2: Read and Acknowledge Agreements

Read the license agreements (EULA), then acknowledge acceptance to continue. Bridge login — eula

Step 3: Enter the License Key

If no license has been activated, Bridge redirects you to the Activate License page immediately after login. Paste your license key into the License Key field.

If you do not have a license key, contact Armada support to obtain one.

Click Activate. Once the key is validated, a confirmation message appears and Bridge proceeds to the dashboard.

Viewing License Details

To view the current license status at any time:

  1. Click the admin profile icon (top-right corner of any page).
  2. Select License from the dropdown menu.

The License dialog displays:

License Deactivation

Deactivating a license immediately revokes access for all users. This is typically done when migrating to a new license key or before transferring a license to a different Bridge instance.

  1. Open the License dialog from the admin profile menu (see above).
  2. Click Deactivate License.

  1. Click Confirm to proceed. Bridge deactivates the license and displays a success notification.

After deactivation, admins will be prompted to enter a new license key on the next login.

License Renewal

If your license has expired or is close to expiry, contact the Armada support team to initiate renewal. The Days remaining field in the License dialog indicates how much time remains on the current license.
