Create Users

The NCP Admin can create the following user types in Bridge:

User Type	Scope	Created By
NCP Admin (custom role)	Platform	NCP Admin
Tenant Admin	Tenant	NCP Admin
Tenant User	Tenant	NCP Admin or Tenant Admin

Tenant Admins can also create Tenant Users within their tenant, provided they have the User Create permission.

Create a Tenant Admin User

1. In the Tenants list, click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the target tenant and select Go to tenant.

   

2. In the tenant view, click User Management.

   

3. Click Create User and enter the following details:

   Field	Description
   Username	Unique login name (for example, tenantadmin)
   Email Address	User's email address
   First Name	User's first name
   Last Name	User's last name
   Password	Secure initial password
   Confirm Password	Re-enter the password
   Role	Select Tenant Admin or a custom role
   Tenant	Select the target tenant

   

4. Click Create. The user appears in the User Management list.

   

Provide Access to the New User

After creating the account, share the following with the user:

• Bridge URL: https://bridge.armada.ai
• Username and initial password
• Link to the relevant user guide (Tenant Admin Guide or Tenant User Guide)
