Create Users

The NCP Admin can create the following user types in Bridge:

User Type	Scope	Created By
NCP Admin	Platform	NCP Admin
Tenant Admin	Tenant	NCP Admin
Tenant User	Tenant	NCP Admin or Tenant Admin

Create a Tenant Admin User

1. In the Tenants list, click the vertical three-dot menu (⋮) next to the target tenant and select Go to tenant.

2. In the tenant view, click Admin → User Management.

3. Click Create User, enter the following details, then click Submit.

   Field	Description
   Username	Unique login name (for example, tenant-admin-1)
   Email Address	User's email address
   First Name	User's first name
   Last Name	User's last name
   Password	Secure initial password
   Confirm Password	Re-enter the password
   Role	Select Tenant Admin or a custom role

4. The user appears in the User Management list.

Provide Access to the New User

After creating the account, share the following with the user:

• Bridge URL: https://bridge.armada.ai/app
• Username and initial password
• Tenant Guide — User documentation for Tenant Admins and Tenant Users
