Tenant Deletion

The NCP Admin can permanently delete a tenant. Deletion removes all tenant users, resource allocations, quotas, and configurations. All allocated resources are returned to the platform pool.

Tenant deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure all critical data is backed up and all users have been notified before proceeding.

Delete a Tenant

  1. In the sidebar, click Tenants.

  2. Locate the tenant in the list and hover over the row to reveal the action icons at the right end.

  3. Click the Delete icon.

  4. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete.

  5. The tenant is removed from the list and all associated resources are released.

What Is Removed

When a tenant is deleted, the following are permanently removed:

  • All tenant user accounts and active sessions
  • All resource allocations (GPUs, VMs, clusters, storage)
  • Tenant-specific quotas and pricing configuration
  • Network configurations (VPCs, subnets, security groups)
  • Deployed models and endpoints
